Experience
Product Design Lead at Bell Financial Group (Contracting through Shine Solutions)
Working with Bell Financial Group's digital team, I led the strategic redesign of their self-service platforms, catering to over 600,000
clients. Involving close collaboration with a diverse team of more than 30 professionals based in Melbourne, Sydney, and Kuala Lumpur. I developed responsive web and mobile app design solutions for three key brands (Bell Direct, Bell Potter, and Desktop Broker) all delivered within a fixed timeline and budget.
In addition, I spearheaded the creation and design of Bell Financial Group's first responsive web and app design systems.
This initiative included establishing comprehensive design guidelines and standards to ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience across all product platforms.
