Led the design and development of the strategic and conceptual vision of the My Medibank self service platform (responsive web and native apps), for its 3.7+ million health insurance members. Collaborating cross-functionally with a development team of 40+ professionals (across two teams), alongside mentoring and coaching a number of designers within the Design team.
